Creates a new InvocationContext.

  Creates a new InvocationContext.
  The keyCount specifies the number of keys affected that this context will handle. Use InvocationContextFactory.UNBOUNDED to specify an unbound number of keys.
  Some implementation may ignore keyCount.

  keyCount - The number of keys affected.
  
  Returns:
  
  An InvocationContext to use.
