public class OverlayLocalConfigurationStorage
extends VolatileLocalConfigurationStorage

An implementation of LocalConfigurationStorage which stores non-CacheContainerAdmin.AdminFlag.VOLATILE

This component persists cache configurations to the GlobalStateConfiguration.persistentLocation() in a

caches.xml

file which is read on startup.
