Same as PendingLockManager.awaitPendingTransactionsForKey(TxInvocationContext, Object, long, TimeUnit) but non-blocking.

Multiple invocations with the same transaction returns the same PendingLockPromise. For cleanup purposes, PendingLockManager.awaitPendingTransactionsForKey(TxInvocationContext, Object, long, TimeUnit) must be invoked afterwards.
